All calculations and software bundles are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, data integrity, or non-infringement.
2. Limitation of Liability & Production Backups
CloudExitCalc.com does not access, host, or manage your infrastructure. You are solely responsible for testing all migration scripts, database replication commands, firewall rules, and backups in a non-production staging environment prior to cutover. In no event shall CloudExitCalc.com, StackSwitcher.com, or their creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss, downtime, or cloud billing charges). Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for any downloadable pack.
